The alternative jewelry and accessories sold on this web site have all been originally designed and handcrafted by U.S. based artist and jewelry designer Megan Petersen.

The best attempt is made to take accurate photographs of the products so that the items you order are exactly what you expect. There may, however, be slight variations in color or minor adjustments in size depending on how your monitor translates the images and the supplies on hand used to create the final products prior to shipment.

Shipping Information

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days following payment. All mailed items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If you have any other special shipping needs please let us know prior to purchasing and we’ll do what we can to satisfy them.

We will package your items safely and to the best of our ability so that they arrive to you in the condition they were when they left our studio. That being said, if any damage is inflicted upon your items during the shipment process, or packages are lost by the post office on their way to you, we accept full responsibility and will always give you the choice of a full refund or replacement item/store credit.

We want you to feel completely secure when placing an order with Twisted Pixies. Your ultimate satisfaction is our top priority.

We want any purchase you make from us to be something that not only goes smoothly for you, but that you feel like you can brag about afterwards.

All physical products are shipped with a flat rate of $3.95 for U.S. based customers and $11.95 for international customers. Small orders are sent in padded shipping envelopes, while larger order arrive in specially colored corrugated shipping boxes.

International customers are responsible for paying their own customs fees, VAT, and any other duty taxes upon of their packages, per the legalities and rates of their country.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We want you to LOVE your new pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please reach out to us within 30 days of having received your package so we may remedy the situation.

If a return is requested within the 30 days the buyer will be responsible to pay return shipping. We recommend that you send all refund by track-able mail as we cannot issue any refunds until the item is returned to us. (Except in the case of a damaged item or package lost on its way over to you, in which case we will immediately refund or replace without your having to ship the item back.)
